Scotland in Prophecy: A Recipe for the BEAST?

                           

This week, we are going to discuss Scotland in prophecy and see if it’s related to the formation of the BEAST mentioned in the Book of Revelation. If you remember, last week, we promised to bring you the impact of BREXIT to prophecy in the making. We also said after BREXIT, anything can happen: it’s still a question of doubt if the European Union will fall and die slowly, thereby buying us more time before the BEAST emerges, or we’ve actually catalyzed its appearance on the world stage. The Brexit vote has begun to revive nationalist movements across nations in the European Union. Why are these people so bent on getting out of the EU? A lot of reasons are attached to this: first is the issue of Immigration, loss of sovereignty, gradual erosion of national identity and overbearing attitude of the EU. The EU actually started as a ‘trade union’, a sort of economic bloc between nations in Europe, but gradually is becoming a political behemoth which tells countries what to do and what not to do. Some even referred to it as ‘Babel’ because the headquarter is filled with different linguists. However, the main issue is sovereignty and immigration. The nonchalant and Father Christmas attitude to admit dispelled immigrants from the Middle East, especially and some parts of Africa is a cause of concern for member states who do not subscribe to the ‘Trojan gift.’ We know ISIS is on the rampage in the Middle East, and some of this immigrants will definitely have sworn their allegiance to some terrorist group, and under the cover of immigration infiltrate Europe. Well, an evidence of this is the attack carried out in France and Belgium some months back. Sooner or later, most Brits think these immigrants will come to their island and disrupt their peaceful coexistence.

The sovereignty issue is also surfacing; the fear of member states not calling the shots anymore and having to rely on the leadership of the EU as it gains more power upon power. Some also complained about the influx of poor countries citizens from other parts of Europe while rich states will have to bear the brunt of their failures. You all know the rest and the argument; now is time to get to work and face the discussion. The above is a mere background concerning the issues to come. The question is if Scotland is a recipe for the BEAST. That’s a possibility due to the recent statement made by the Scottish First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, that a second referendum for Scotland’s independence may be underway. She expressed disappointment in the UK falling out of the EU, and said Scotland we most likely stick with the EU. Now, even the residents of London city are clamoring for a separate state from the UK in order to stay in the EU. However, that’s unlikely to come to fruition. Can we blame them? No; both EXIT and REMAIN have their reasons. The POUNDS is still down, and markets are not moving up, and the REMAIN supporters have this we told you look on their face.

The economic power the EU wields has created a difficult decision for some member states to leave. It’s not easy to wean oneself from a ‘sweet milk’, and that’s why the UK exit from EU was highly criticized. David Cameron has maintained there would be no second referendum. Now, if the UK invokes article 50, the exit process will begin, but even Nicola Sturgeon has vowed to veto this EXIT, thereby causing the UK to remain, but the chances are slim because this can lead to civil unrest. Let’s start our spiritual discussion, and begin to watch the realm of men. Let’s go by the argument of most biblical scholars (note that this is not Scribe of Righteousness stand); the lion attribute of the BEAST has been assigned to the British Empire, which has a Babylonian trait. Remember Britain colonized most parts of the world, even USA that is now referred to BABYLON by some. The thing is if the UK will be part of the BEAST (if they are the lion)? Sooner or later, they will be. It’s either the whole of the UK or some parts of it. Remember the BEAST in Revelation combined all Kingdoms' authority, throne, and power.

The First (in Daniel’s vision) is the Leopard’s appearance, feet of a bear, Lion’s mouth or jaw, and ten horns.

Those horns are the completeness of the power of this worldly system while some described the jaw of the Lion as Britain or the Anglo-American empire. If Scotland eventually leaves for the EU and abandon the rest of the UK, then it is a recipe for the Jaw/mouth of the lion that’s needed to form the worldly political system and the beast on which MYSTERY BABYLON will ride. Is Scotland getting into something that will be detrimental for the souls in that region; if not now, the future? YES, and the UK as a whole is no exemption if not careful except there is a disintegration and some parts left for the EU

Now, what is Scribe of Righteousness advice for the EU membership? We think the Lord is trying to push back the BEAST so that it won’t rise before its appointed time, but this depends on the people. YES, there are some pains to bear, especially Ecclesians, but it will worth it if we are serious about sharing the gospel of the Kingdom. The EU is just a test run for the coming One World Government frequently talked about. The spirit of the Antichrist is simply testing the waters. Are we to fear? No, because the unveiling of Ecclesia’s Kingdom will crush the system of this age. Who is going to help God realize His dream for mankind if not us? We’re the ones to whom the Spirit and the Bride already sent an invitation, “COME.”
